One Last Party before Mom and Dad come home!!!

Bekah and raisins do not mix . . .

Bekah ate a lot of raisins yesterday and I don't think her little tummy liked them much. She had a terrible diaper last night, threw up raisins sometime in the night, and had another terrible diaper this morning. No more raisins for her!!! Her gloworm did get some throwup on it, but I tried really hard to clean it, so hopefully it doesn't reek.

Other than that, she is doing great. She's been sleeping really well the whole time she's been here. And she's been eating really great the last couple of days. She and Kaitlyn are starting to get along a little better. And she is really good with Halle. She even gave me a hug right when she got back from Rochelle's yesterday!

Last Post

Well today was crazy, I'll be honest:). We went to visit my grandparents at an old folks home and Erik did not like that, he was crying or scared the whole time, so we left and went to Del Taco for a couple of hours. It totally cheered him up:). On the way home it was Dalan's turn to throw up, but I am not sure if he is sick or if he was choking. I think he had a chip in his throat, (since he said he did right before he threw up) we'll see if he acts sick though. We had Ben and Bekah over for a couple of hours today along with all the Page's so with nine kids over it got a little crazy (maybe that is what stressed me out today:). But we got Ben to Brittney's and Bekah back to Crystal's, sent the Page's home, and now things have calmed down a little bit. We are all excited for you guys to be back tomorrow:). PS Erik has PJ day at school on Friday if I forget to tell you.
Well time to clean up more throw up (van throw up is the hardest to clean:). I should have all the kids at your house when you get home , it depends on when you get home though. GIve me a call when you are on your way. (what time does your plane land?

It's a girl thing . . .

Having three little girls is kind of fun. Three little heads of hair to doll up and three cute pairs of clothes to put on. But we also have the drama that is not usually associated with the male gender. Luckily, Halle is still a baby and Bekah is super mellow. Kaitlyn on the other hand, has mastered the role of super star drama queen and is now continuing that role while trying her best to master the role of miss destructo. What a handfull!!! Having Bekah here has been so refreshing! It gives me hope that Halle will not be as dramatic as Kaitlyn. Not all little girls have to be so dramatic! Right?



This is Bekah's favorite toy here. The phone plays a few different songs and she loves to carry it around and sing along.


And she is a brilliant piano player!!!



Bekah was a lot happier yesterday. She even laughed and talked and sang all day. And she took a four hour nap!!! She is doing really great, but I can tell that she misses you guys and is wondering where you are. She slept really well last night and she hasn't had any more fever.

Hey sorry I have no pix- I take some during the day but I haven't downloaded them yet. owen and Ben woke up early again today and played until I jumped out of bed and realized preschool started in 15 min. Yikes! I poured the cereal and got the kids dressed. Rochelle- bless her heart- stoped by to drop off Ben's coat from last night and took them to preschool- Thankyou! Patty called an hour later and said Ben had a tummy ache and wanted to come home. I picked him up and tucked him in bed turned on scooby doo. He was pretty quiet all day, took lots of naps, no fever though. He went down just fine for bed and seemed to feel a little better this evening.

I need your email address to send you the schedule for watching my kids. I hope wed dec 10- fri dec 12 works for you guys to watch Owen and leah- let me know asap!

Erik Updates

Well no pics in this one. FYI Erik is doing great! He was a little sad yesterday, but I think seeing his siblings cheered him up. Today he was back to his normal self. Logan was very jealous that he and Dalan were having sleep overs without him. He is very self sufficient and so cute, always wants a hug before bed time. Tonight he and Dalan were having a conversation about the meaning of the Sacrament, it was cute. I have really enjoyed spending time with him and with all three kids. Hope you are having a great time!!! See ya soon:)

Fun with the Hadlocks ( I just took this off my blog) (and added a little on the pics)

Today was another adventure with the Hadlock kids. We picked them up and came home and had dinner.  Today Ben wasn't feeling good, so he just took it easy.  We took them up to Thanksgiving Point to the dinosaur museum, and then to icecream and while Doug went to get the van, we went outside and because there was a fire there and low and behold 2 of Santa's reindeer were there.  The guy even let us pet them and told us that Santa was letting TP borrow them until Christmas Eve.  It was very exciting to see them and touch them.  By the Way, I hope that everyone knows that the ice cream shop at TP (by the water tower) gives free ice cream to kids 3 and under.  So it was a great deal since 4 of the 6 kids we took in today were 3 and under, so Doug and I had to get a huge brownie sundae to make up for them money that we saved on the kids.  What a fun night!!!!
